Right of Withdrawal

This is a translation of our German „Widerrufsbelehrung“ provided for your convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the German version prevails.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the user agreement concluded with us within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded, i.e. from the day your user account was created.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will cease processing the personal data you provided under the user agreement and delete your user account and the data attached to it in accordance with our Privacy Policy, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.

As the Service is provided free of charge, withdrawal does not entail any payment obligations.

Please Note

Independently of this statutory right of withdrawal, you may close your user account at any time, without notice and without giving reasons, in your profile under „Delete account“ (see section 13 of our Terms of Use).
